Please post your username in the topic title. The title should look something like this "KuraiOkami's Art Application".
Also please show at least 3 examples or more of your artwork.

Please fill this out as well

Name:
Gender:
Experiance (if you have any from VPGs, comics and so on. You don't have to have any to be accepted):
Interests:
other info:

You can have any position you'd like. Be it character/creature designer, background artist, item designer, clothes designer, graphic artist, traditional ext.

There are certain styles I'm looking for in particular. If you would like to see what I'm looking for, here is a link: http://projectkuraiokami.deviantart.com/journal/18514542/

If I happen to like your style, yet, feel that you need a bit of training, thats ok. I'll accept you and will be willing to help you improve your skills.

Right now this is volunteer work until I get more money coming in. (I really hate this super expensive state DX. )

Also, once this book is published and starts selling, you guys will get certain amount of the money I receive (I still need to plan this out but I'm sure that I want each book sold for $40. I really suck at math. Is there anyone here thats good at it? Maybe you can help me figure out how much each artist should get)

I will find a way of paying you guys. I WILL! D8< I would be forever ungrateful if I never did pay you guys.

Anyways, I plan on starting out with small things first, then going to the bigger things. You guys wont be the only ones drawing stuff for this book, I will be too. I just need a bit of help 'cuz this is going to be a very big and detailed book.

If you have any questions, please, please, PLEASE ask me. aight?

For the money, I don't think you should be thinking about it too much at this point. Get all the artists together and start assigning tasks first. Once you have the gross number of people that are working on it known, you can delegate which jobs should require more pay (complexity, time taken, etc) and divy it up for a basic pay for each person. You should also have a plan for how much profit you can make on each book if they're at $40 each factoring in each person's pay and how much you can sell within the first year. It's a lot to take into account, but once this thing starting flowing I can ask my dad to help me out with the math. Since I can only get the concepts, not the numbers. This is why I need moar marketing classes!! XD
