First of all, wtf are Wendites (wend-EE-tay) and Totes (TOE-tay)?

Well, Wendites and Totes appear in the story Project Kurai Okami.

They are lonely wandering spirits that are unknown to many beings except for animals, children(babies-toddlers), Psychic Children and Imperials (whom are the only ones that can see them). These spirits are always searching for a friend that will notice them. It's a very sad and tragic thing when they make friends with a baby and then the baby grows up and forgets them. A Psychic child however, will always be friends with Wendites/Totes for they can still see these critters. These things are what people would consider to be 'imaginary friends', though, they are actually much more.

Wendites and Totes are something similar, or what you'd might consider to be 'THE first Perials', though there are some differences Between them.

For instance, unlike perials, these critters are not of an ancestral linage (some are, but not all) to the Imperial companion. Most Perials don't evolve and become summons, Wendites and Totes do.


If a Tote is still friends with a Psychic cild or imperial, that Wendite/Tote will become more powerful. They gain power and energy by feeding off of the emotions of their partner. The stronger the emotion, the more likely they'll evolve into a form that corresponds with that emotion. Then they become summons, which are seen by all (but only when summoned).

Totes/Wendites that have a growing bond with a partner but aren't really (close, but not really) ready to evolve can disguise themselves as accessories like hats, rings, bracelets, umbrellas etc. For example, Jackelz's Wendite can disguise himself as a hat.

I don't have any examples drawn, but Okami's Wendite, Jizzabella(or Jizz), can transform into an Umbrella...wat..I like umbrellas. I wish to fly with one someday...like Mary Poppins...D8.....-deep secret of hers >.>;;-

umm...wat else... before I move on...Oh! Yes, Wendites and Totes are sort of like the pre-stages to well known spirits/creatures like dragons, demons, unicorrns, the grim reaper etc.

Also

Totes= good or neutral
Wendites= evil or neutral (mainly they are neutral. They mainly are darker and mischievous versions of Totes)

I'm still planning some things out of these guys, also..i didn't share EVERYTHING about them 'cuz then they'll give away a spoiler to the second story if i did. (Wren...dun say anything about wat I haven't mentioned on here but told you lol. I accidently gave you a spoiler D8>)

Sooo, What does this have to do with features of the forum?

Well, I wanted to add a feature so you guys wont get so bored here while I'm still fixing up the rp section. We are going to have clickable evolving Wendites and Totes for the PKO section of the rp and as for the Imperial rp section based on the second part of my Imperials saga there will be adoptable Perials.

So far I only know how to make them evolve but I do not know the coding to make them leval up like I've seen on other adoptable forum sites. I'm having a very hard time finding tutorials on how to code such a thing DX.

Which is why, I'm not sharing the forum code yet for the Wendites I have finished so you can put them in your signatures just yet. I will when I figure out how to make them level up with a certain amount of clicks.

Also, I need to figure out how wendites/totes will evolve into the different forms in different ways...since they evolve into different forms based on emotions.. Perhaps you guys can give me some suggestions or ideas on that?

Also, don't think they evolve in 3 stages like pokemon or 4 or 5 like digimon. Their evolution process is a bit more similar to how eevee evolves tho its not through stones, rocks or daylight and moonlight, but emotions.
